Do you work with Auckland businesses if you are based in Christchurch?
Yes, and a good number of our clients are Auckland based. Most delivery - builds, automation work, Claude setup and ongoing support - happens remotely regardless of where a client sits. Blake flies up for the parts that genuinely work better in person, typically discovery sessions, team workshops and handover.
Can you run an AI workshop at our Auckland office?
Yes. In-house workshops are delivered on site anywhere in Auckland, shaped around your tools and the work your team actually does rather than a generic slide deck. Independent Living, for example, had a full-day AI discovery workshop in Auckland in May 2026. Travel is quoted up front as a separate line.
How is the work priced for an Auckland business?
It depends on team size and scope. Every engagement is a fixed price, quoted up front against a written scope after a free 30-minute call. Travel for on-site days is a separate line in that quote, so nothing turns up later.
Is a Christchurch-based consultant a problem for an Auckland business?
In practice, no. The work that benefits from being in the room is a handful of sessions, not the whole engagement, and those get scheduled as visits. The rest - building, testing, iterating and support - is done remotely the same way it would be for a client on the other side of Auckland. If you want someone on site every week, an Auckland-based provider is the better fit and we will say so.
How quickly can you start with an Auckland business?
Usually within days to a couple of weeks. A first strategy call is free and can normally happen the same week. On-site workshops need a little more lead time than local ones because travel has to be scheduled, so allow two to three weeks.
