AI for Your Team
A private in-house programme that upskills your whole team on AI against your own tools and workflows - so the capability stays in the building.
What this training builds
One enthusiastic person using AI doesn't change a business - a whole team using it does. This programme trains your team together, against your actual tools and workflows, so everyone lifts at once.
Each person gets set up properly, learns the foundations, then builds workflows for their own role with a trainer alongside them. It's interactive and hands-on from the first hour - not a slideshow.
The goal is independence: your team leaves running their own AI workflows, with safe-use guidelines agreed and an internal champion who keeps the momentum going after we leave.
Teams of 3 to 20
For NZ businesses that want their whole team capable with AI, not just one keen early adopter. Works across office, trades, professional services and operations teams - each person builds against their own role.
By the end your team will be able to
- Work from a properly set-up AI account each - the right plan, privacy settings and shared context
- Use AI with your real business systems - email, documents, calendars and the tools you already run on
- Run role-specific AI workflows each person built themselves during the training
- Apply agreed safe-use guidelines for AI across the business
- Keep building after the programme, led by an internal champion with a prioritised backlog
Module by module
Team foundations
The whole team together: what AI is, what it's good and bad at, live demos against your own business examples, and the ground rules for safe use.
Set up and connect
Everyone gets their own account set up correctly and connected to the tools your business actually runs on.
Role-by-role use case mapping
Working in small groups by role, map the repetitive tasks in each job and pick the highest-value ones to build.
Hands-on build
Each person builds their own workflows against their real work, with the trainer moving between people to unblock and extend.
Guidelines, champion and next steps
Agree the team's safe-use guidelines, nominate an internal champion, and leave a prioritised backlog of what the team builds next. Optional follow-up rounds go deeper on specific roles.

What it looks like afterwards
Blake has become our go-to for everything AI in our business - from setting up Claude and training our team, to building integrations like our PayHero setup that we had struggled with ourselves. He is a genuine sounding board, hits his timelines, and hands over tools that work with clear instructions. We would happily recommend Blake and Harkness AI to any business looking to get real value out of AI.
